  I highly recommend Carroll's in both property management and sales. They are a family business - So you know Renn and Gayle are giving you a dedicated service. They have provided me the best property management for my small unit over the years. I never had anything to worry about. Now I have sold same unit, Renn's expert knowledge and focus meant it sold for much more than anticipated and within just a few days. An excellent result. Very satisfied indeed.

  Renters beware!! Dodgy property manager Kesten will make up the most ridiculous claims of damage to ensure you do not get your bond back and give you no chance to repair these so called damages. Do not recommend to anyone
