  He said the puncture was too close to the tyre wall, despite being in the middle of the tyre (the furthest point from the tyre wall). He asked me if I'd be willing to purchase a new tyre then and there, to which I said no. He got aggressive and told me it was illegal to have it patched anywhere else. I told him where to go and had my tyre patched in under an hour for $30 at the local BP. I'm still driving on the tyre and it's spot on.

  I have replaced my car tyres at this KTAS several times. They are very helpful sourcing the tyres that I require and detailing the differences between various makes and models. They have always done the job well and in the timeframe which was promised.

  I used to get great service here. They don't typically stock my size of tyre, but they always manage to have it ordered in on the same day. Usually nice and friendly too.

  Had a poor experience. We took our car in for a service and a wheel balance. They told us that our battery was about to die straight off the bat and then heard an ad on the radio about great battery deals. Can't proof that this is a scam, but felt like it. When we received the car back after the service, it felt worse that before we sent it for a service. The wheel alignment was still off. When we called them, they said that we're more than welcome to bring it back but they will charge us for it. I won't be frequenting them again. Wish i can provide zero stars, but unfortunately i can't.

  I took a tyre in to have it patched and was told it would be fine. Instead I was met at the door by an unfriendly face telling me I'd need to shell out $165 for a new tyre.

  Had two front tyres balanced and a front end alignment done. was cheap and didn't take long... staff were pretty handy on the day i was there...
